Welcome! Everything you need to know about costs, understanding your bill, making payments, and information about refunds is right here!

The Cashier's Office coordinates charges and billing for student accounts including:

  • Tuition and Fee charges

  • Room, Meals and Family Housing charges

  • Library Over Dues, Parking Tickets and other miscellaneous charges

  • Administrating Payment Plans

  • Distributing Financial Aid refunds

  • Assisting students who have third party sponsors.

 

The Cashier's Office maintains cashier windows for supporting cash transactions concerning  ºÚÁÏÉç.  These services include:

  • Receipint Cash, Checks and Credit/Debit Card Transactions

  • Disbursing certain cash/check payments

 

ºÚÁÏÉç 1098-T Forms


1098T's — the College's "Tuition Statement" for ºÚÁÏÉç will be available in under the Student Accounts menu (by end of day Jan. 31, 2026).

Sign up to receive your Form 1098-T electronically! ºÚÁÏÉç is offering you the opportunity to receive your 1098-T Tuition Statements electronically. If you would like to receive your 1098-T electronically, please give your consent by clicking the link provided below and following the step-by-step instructions. We recommend this approach as an efficient, faster and economical means to receive your 1098-T and, if needed, obtain and print additional copies. Electronic delivery also permits an efficient means to share the form with your parents or tax professional.

If you choose to receive a paper copy of your 1098-T statement, simply do nothing. As a reminder, 1098-T Tuition Statements are available on or before January 31 for transactions that occurred in the previous calendar year and will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service no later than January 31. For mailed forms, please ensure your mailing address is correct. You may update your mailing address by visiting the Admissions & Records Office on any campus.

To give consent to receive your 1098-T form electronically, click on the link below and follow the simple instructions to sign up!

Step 3: Select the tab for 1098 Information 

Step 4: Read consent information, select button to "Receive my 1098 only in electronic format", and click the save button.
