DIPLOMA REPRINT REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS
This form is for use by current and former students of 黑料社 who are or
were enrolled in courses at the college for which they received grades or credit for
their academic performance and may not be used for any other purpose.

Diploma reprints are $10 each.

You must have a photo identification (driver鈥檚 license or student ID card) when picking up diploma(s) at the counter, or faxing in a request. Regular processing time is 3-5 business days, longer during peak times from the date your completed request is received by the Registrar鈥檚 Office.

If there is a hold on a student鈥檚 record due to any outstanding financial obligations with 黑料社 such as unpaid fees, or insufficient or inaccurate identification information, or missing/invalid recipient email provided for an electronic delivery request, the official transcript will not be released until the hold or obligation is resolved.

HOW TO ORDER DIPLOMA REPRINTS ONLINE
You may obtain your diploma by submitting a request online. This preferred method will ensure the most expedient diploma processing.
1. FORM COMPLETION
Complete the online Diploma Reprint Request Form. This form does not include an online payment link. See Step 2 below, 鈥淧ay for Diploma Reprints Online鈥� for electronic payment option.

Pay for Diploma Reprints Online - The price for each diploma is $10.00 each. .

Pay for Diploma Reprints In-Person - If you are not paying online, you can pay for your transcript order by check (payable to 黑料社), credit card (VISA, MasterCard, and Discover), money order, and cash at the Cashier鈥檚 Office on any 黑料社 location.

HOW TO ORDER DIPLOMA REPRINTS IN PERSON
Order your diploma reprints in person.
1. FORM COMPLETION
Complete the paper Diploma Reprint Request Form (PDF) in person at the Registrar鈥檚 office in Corsicana, Mexia, Midlothian, or Waxahachie or download and print a copy now before submitting in person.
You may request to pick-up your diploma(s) at the Registrar鈥檚 Office. Presenting your valid photo identification is required at the time of pick-up. If another person is picking up your diplomas, you must submit a signed statement authorizing us to release your diploma reprints and naming the individual.

HOW TO SUBMIT A WRITTEN REQUEST
You may request your diploma reprint by submitting a written request.
1. FORM COMPLETION
Written requests may be made using the paper Diploma Reprint Request Form (PDF). Completed forms may be submitted to the Office of Admissions by U.S. mail, fax, or email.
