"I am a southern Louisiana boy who has always tried my very best in school, and toward the end of my high school career I began to excel in the sport of cheerleading. NC is known for its astonishing cheer team which obviously led me to tryout. I got accepted, made the team, and began my life in Texas. I have loved everything about Texas and NC. I鈥檝e made so many new connections and relationships and even experienced cheering at one of the biggest competitive cheer gyms in the country, Cheer Athletics!
Now approaching the end of my second year at NC, I have taken away so many life lesson and advice from all coaches, staff, and teachers. Most importantly, Coach Monica has had the biggest impact on me at NC because of her eager-for-success attitude and strong discipline. She really strives to make an impression on her athletes by developing close relationships with every single one, and instilling positive morals that set you right for the rest of your life.
After graduating, I plan to attend either SMU or LSU depending on where life takes me. No matter where I go, NC will always be in my heart."
