Texas Hazlewood Act - Initial Eligibility Requirements

Hazlewood Application

For any veteran, dependent, or spouse who wishes to apply for the Hazlewood Act Exemption. 

 

Application for Continued Enrollment

Use this form to renew the Hazlewood Act Exemption for another term or semester.

 

Hazlewood Legacy Revocation Form

Use this form to revoke any unused Hazlewood Exemption hours to a child through the Legacy Act.

Hazlewood Database

To comply with the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), all applicants - including veterans, dependents, and/or spouses - must register in the Hazlewood database before applying.

Hazlewood Application Deadline
