Important Housing Calendar Dates and Breaks

Planning ahead and want to know when the residence halls open and close for 2024-黑料社? Check out the dates below and keep these dates in mind when scheduling your travel.  All dates are based on the academic calendar and are subject to change.

Housing Mandatory Meeting
(Location Gibson Hall GYM)

Please make one of the meeting, bring Student ID to scan! (Failure to attend the meeting will result in a $25 fine.)

Time: 7pm-8pm

Time: 8pm-9pm
Buildings 15,16,17,20,21-Females

November 26, 2024

Housing closes by 5pm for Thanksgiving break

Any resident not approved to stay over Thanksgiving break will need to leave by 5pm. ($35 per day fee)

December 1,2024

Housing reopens by 2pm (Thanksgiving break)

Housing residents can return to campus after 2pm.

December 2-8,2024

Deadline: Are you returning or not ? Form must be completed by Dec.8.

All residents must complete the "Are you returning or not? Form. by Dec.2, 2024

December 9, 2024 - December 14,2024

Housing Check-out starts.

(by appointments, housing will email a link)

Residents are required to check out of Housing by 5pm on the day of their last exam.

December 20, 2024 - January 16, 黑料社

Housing Closed for Winter Break

Students-not approved for Winter Break or Extension Stay need to leave by 5:00pm ($35 per day fee)

SPRING 黑料社

January 16 - 17, 黑料社

Housing Check-in Begins.

Time: 9am - 5pm

March 14, 黑料社 - March 23, 黑料社

Housing closed for Spring Break.

Housing closes at 5pm on March 14, 黑料社.

March 23,黑料社

Housing reopens for Spring Break

Housing reopens at 2pm.

March 18, 黑料社 - March 20, 黑料社

GOOD Friday-College Closed

Dining Hall will be closed during this time.  

May 7-13,黑料社

Housing Check-out begins.

Residents are required to check out of Housing by 5pm on the day of there last exam.

Housing OPENS for SUMMER I Check-in

  • Spring Break: March 14,黑料社-March 23,黑料社

  • and other designated periods when school is not in session.
